Lori Hamilton begins her third year at Louisiana Tech serving as the administrative assistant to acting A.D./COO Bruce Van De Velde.

Her primary responsibilities include providing administrative support for the athletic director and his department. One of Hamilton's main responsibilities also includes overseeing the marketing effort and game-day management to the majority of Louisiana Tech athletic home events.

Prior to joining the Louisiana Tech Athletic Department, Hamilton worked locally in the retail industry for 21 years. She earned her bachelor's degree in fine arts from Louisiana Tech in 1982.

Hamilton and her husband Greg, who is a 1974 Louisiana Tech graduate and Bulldog baseball letter winner, reside in Ruston.
