Stuart Comeaux joined the Louisiana Tech Family as a trength and conditioning graduate assistant in August 2013.
Comeaux joins LA Tech after serving in the same position at Northwestern State where he assisted with warm-ups, lift groups and conditioning for the football team. He also worked as the head softball strength coach where he created and facilitated strength and conditioning programs for the 2013 Southland Conference Tournament champions.
Prior to his stint at NSU, Comeaux was a strength and conditioning intern at Louisiana State, assisting with a number of their sports programs including men's and women's tennis, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's swimming/diving and softball, as well as varsity cheerleading.
He served in a similar role at the University of Colorado in the summer of his senior year before graduating from LSU in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in kinesiology with a focus on fitness studies.
The Mandeville, La. native lettered in football from 2004-08 and in track and field at Fountainebleau High School.
Comeaux is Red Cross CPR/AED certified and a Level 1 Sports Performance certification from the United States Weightlifting Association.
