Pam Kelly

Another native of Columbia, La., Pam became the most decorated women's basketball player in the nation in 1982 when she was chosen winner of the coveted Wade Trophy, symbolic of the nation's player. That year she also led that Lady Techsters to a second straight national championship and won her third straight berth on the women's all-America squad. Upon graduation, Pam left with 24 Lady Techsters records to her credit but even more important helped Tech win 143 of 153 games played during her career. Still Tech's all-time leading scorer with 2,979 points and the top rebounder with 1,511 rebounds despite standing just six-feet tall, Kelly was instrumental in Tech's drive to a national record 54 straight victories during the two national championships seasons.
