Available Services/Supplies

Football
The following services will be made available during the game at Joe Aillet Stadium:

  • 1200 lbs. Ice - Located in freezer outside visitor locker room
  • 8 cases of Coke products in locker room to be used at your preference
  • Biohazard supplies
  • Hydrocollator Unit
  • 2 Taping/Treatment Tables
  • Water and cups will be provided as needed
  • Ambulance will be located in the north end zone (located in opposite end zone from the locker room)
  • X-ray is NOT available onsite. A shuttle for non-emergency cases to Northern Louisiana Medical Center will be provided by the campus police. All emergency cases will be transported via EMS. Louisiana Medical Center is about 5 minutes away (~25-30 minute turn-around for x-ray)
  • Emergency equipment available on the home sideline
  • Vacuum Splints
  • Spine Board
  • AED
  • (2)Porta-cool fans available upon request
  • Other items as requested

    There will be one graduate assistant athletic trainer and a student aide available to assist you in facilitating a smooth game day operation. We will also have one primary care and two orthopedic physicians available as needed.

    All Other Sports
    The following services will be made available during competition
  • Athletic training facilities available 2 hours before competition, or as needed otherwise
  • Ice with bags available on bench
  • Water and cups will be provided as needed
  • Biohazard supplies
  • Ambulance will be on-site during competition (Basketball)
  • Ambulance will be on-call during competition (all other sports)
  • Emergency equipment available on the home sideline
  • Vacuum Splints
  • Spine Board
  • AED
  • Other items as requested
  • A Certified Athletic Trainer will be available for all Louisiana Tech Athletic Events
  • Physician coverage will be available as needed
