2012: Opened the year with a 13th place finish in the triple jump at the UAB Blazer Invite (1/12), jumping 43-5 (13.23m) ... At the AState Invitational (1/27), finished sixth in the long jump with a mark of 22-4.25 (6.81m) and placed ninth in the triple jump with a mark of 42-5.25 (12.93m) ... Finished sixth in the long jump with a mark of 21-3.5 (6.49m) and placed eighth in the triple jump with a mark of 41-5.25 (12.63m) at the WAC Indoor Championships (2/24-25) ... Opened the outdoor season at the Louisiana Classics (3/17) where he ran 25.31 in the 200m to finish 40th ... At the Jim Mize Invitational (4/7), jumped a season-best long jump mark of 22-9.75 (6.95m) to place fifth and finished third in the triple jump with a mark of 43-10.5 (13.37m) ... Finished eighth in the triple jump with a mark of 44-0.5 (13.42m) and placed 28th in the long jump with a mark of 20-11.75 (6.39m) at the Mississippi Open (4/14) ... At the Southeastern Invitational (4/20), placed eighth in the triple jump with a mark of 41-10.75 (12.77m) and finished 12th in the long jump with a mark of 21-4.25 (6.51m) ... Followed that the next day with a 15th place finish in the long jump at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/21), jumping 21-2.5 (6.46m) ... Placed seventh in the long jump at the Golden Eagle Classic (4/28) with a jump of 21-10.25 (6.66m) ... At the WAC Championships (5/10-11), earned first team all-WAC honors in the triple jump as he finished third with a mark of 44-3.5 (13.50m) and garnered second team all-WAC honors with a fifth-place long jump mark of 22-1.5 (6.74m).
