Ran 2:00.08 in the 800m to finish 21st at the Blazer Invite (1/11) while also running the third leg of the 4x400m relay that finished 21st with a time of 3:30.67 ... Ran the third leg of the distance medley relay that finished fourth at the Howie Ryan Invitational (1/25-26) with a time of 10:18.73 and placed 28th in the 800m with a time of 2:01.71 ... Finished fifth in the 400m at the Jim Mize Invitational (3/16) to open the outdoor season, running 51.44 ... Set a new personal record in the 800m as he finished 29th at the Victor Lopez Invitational (3/23) with a time of 1:56.78 ... Ran 1:59.16 to finish 20th at the SFA Invitational (4/6).

2012: Ran 1:56.60 in the 800m at the AState Invitational (1/27), finishing third ... Placed 43rd in the 800m at the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11), running 1:59.75 ... At the WAC Indoor Championships (2/24-25), finished eighth in the 800m with a time of 2:01.11 ... Opened the outdoor season at the Louisiana Classics (3/17) where he ran the opening leg of the 4x400m relay that placed 14th with a time of 3:31.49 ... Ran 1:57.73 in the 800m to finish 31st at the Victor Lopez Classic (3/23) ... Finished eighth in the 800m at the Jim Mize Invitational (4/7) with a time of 1:57.90 and ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay that finished third with a time of 3:19.66 ... Finished 24th in the 800m at the Mississippi Open (4/14) with a time of 1:59.26 and ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay that finished eighth with a time of 3:18.51 ... Ran 2:00.15 in the 800m at the Southeastern Invitational (4/20) to finish 11th.

High School: Graduated from Haughton High School in 2011 ... Lettered in track and field and basketball ... Won the state title in the 800m and 1,600m runs his senior year while finishing third in both of those races at the state meet his junior year ... Named all-area, all-city and all-state in the 800m while also claiming the district and regional titles in the 800m ... Finished 22nd at the USATF Junior Olympics in 2009 ... Coached by David Haynie and Juan Plaza.
