2009: Did not compete indoors... Finished 13th in the discus at the Ole Miss Invitational (4/11), throwing 136' 7"... At the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational (4/18), threw the discus 161' 1" to place eighth and set a mark of 49' 1.5" in the shot put to place 10th... Finished second in the discus with a mark of 158' 9" and third in the shot put with a throw of 47' 7.25" at the Cole-Lancon Twi-Light (4/30)... At the WAC Championships (5/14), placed eighth in the shot put with a mark of 49' 8.25" and fourth in the discus with a throw of 162' 6".

Junior College: Lettered two years for coaches Jim Pallace and Ed Mack at Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York...Earned the Robert Girsten Athletic Achievement Award for the Lions as well as the Presidential Academic Achievement Award...Earned Field MVP honors at Nationals in 2007...Two time All-American in the shot put and discus...Earned All-District Honors both years while at Nassau.

High School: Lettered four years for coaches Michael Clark, Noel White and Herb McKinley (RT. Hon.) at Calabar High School in Kingston, Jamaica... Finished second in the discus at the U-17 Championships in Jamaica... Finished second in the discus at the U-19 Championships in Jamaica... Finished fourth in the discus at the 2003 Penn Relays with a personal best throw of 168' 00"... Finished second in the discus at the U-16 CARIFTA Games in 2001... Won the discus in the U-19 Division at the 2004 CARIFTA Games... Also played Manning Cup Soccer.
