2009: Redshirted the indoor season...Ran the 800m at the Jim Mize Invitational (3/28), finishing fourth with a time of 2:03.14... At the Texas Relays (4/2), placed 13th in the 800m with a time of 1:55.66... Finished second in the800m at the LSU Alumni Gold Invite (4/18) with a time of 1:55.24... Placed 10th in the 800m prelims at the WAC Championships (5/14) with a time of 1:55.37.
High School: Ran for coach Jerry Holness at Manchester High School in Mandeville, Jamaica...Member of the Championships of America at Penn Relays 4X800 championship relay team along with team mate Alwayne Green...Was the captain of the team his senior year...Had personal best times of 1:53.80 in the 800m, 49.6 in the 400m, 4:07 in the 1500m and 16:40 in the 5000m while in high school.
