Of the 13 entries LA Tech garnered this year, five are listed in the top 10 places in the East region. With the 13 qualifying marks this season, head coach Gary Stanley's program has now qualified 97 entries into the NCAA East Prelims since 2010.
The top qualifier on the men's side is Jarvis Gotch, whose 26-0.25 (7.93m) mark in the long jump ranks second in the East. Trey Hadnot ranks fifth in the 200m with a qualifying mark of 20.43 while the men's 4x100m relay team's C-USA Championship time of 39.53 ranks the squad sixth.
