LA Tech Cross Country Announces 2016 Schedule

RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech head cross country coach Gary Stanley announced the 2016 cross country schedule Monday with the Mook Triple-Duals highlighting the slate on September 17.
The season kicks off on September 10, with LA Tech competing in the New Orleans Invitational, hosted by the University of New Orleans.
Just a week later, LA Tech returns home to host the third annual Mook Triple-Duals on Saturday, September 17 at Tech Farm.
The final two events of the season will feature a highly talented field, first on Friday, October 7 at the Texas A&M Invitational in College Station.
LA Tech will wrap up the regular season the following week, competing in the Crimson Classic, hosted by Alabama, for the fourth consecutive season. The Crimson Classic is scheduled for Friday, October 14.
Postseason action begins on October 29 at the Conference USA Championships, which will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina. The NCAA Regionals will be on Saturday, November 12 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
