RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech announced its 2010 cross country schedule Tuesday afternoon with a slate that features five races in the state of Louisiana.
LA Tech will open the season on Sept. 18 at home for the annual Mook 4 Run set for 8:30 a.m. in the team's only meet of September. Tech doesn't return to action until Oct. 4 when the team will compete at the Northwestern State Invitational in Natchitoches at 4:30 p.m.
Tech returns to the course on Oct. 9 in Lake Charles for the Asics MSU Cowboy Stampede, set to begin at 8:45 a.m. Tech will then compete in Shreveport at the Centenary Invitational on Oct. 16 at 9 a.m. before heading back to Natchitoches for the Demon Invitational on Oct. 22 at 4 p.m.
Louisiana Tech will head to Moscow, Idaho for the WAC Championships on Oct. 30. The NCAA Regionals are scheduled for Nov. 13 in Waco, Texas should the team or any individual runners advance.
