2016:Named to the Conference USA Commissioners Honor Roll … Linck registered a 4-1 record over 58.2 innings last season, posting a 3.38 ERA with 57 strikeouts … In the NCAA Tournament, Linck showed just how dominant he could be, holding nationally-ranked Cal State Fullerton to just two runs over six innings propelling the `Dogs to the regional final against Mississippi State … Earlier in the season in a game against FIU, Linck went 7.1 innings, striking out 10, while giving up just a lone earned run … In the conference tournament, he pitched 2.1 innings of scoreless relief.
2014-15 (Hill College): Made 30 appearances for the Rebels in two seasons … Started nine games for Hill as both a freshman and sophomore while pitching over 50 innings both years … Struck out 34 in 13 appearances in his rookie season before returning as a sophomore to punch out 50 batters he faced in 17 appearances on the bump.
High School: Graduated from Kingwood Park High School where he lettered in both baseball and football … Earned first team all-district honors in both sports … Coached by Buddy Thomas and Bruce Cox … Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
