2009: In 36 games, including 30 starts, he established career-highs in hits (26), doubles (5), home runs (7) and RBI (27)...Started the season with a four-hit affair against Grambling State (2/20)...Followed that effort by hitting a grand slam in the following contest, his first of his Bulldog career, as part of a six-RBI performance against the Tigers...Hit safely in six consecutive games (4/11-4/21), his longest hitting streak of his career...During the stretch, he batted .476 (10-for-21) with nine RBI and five home runs...Totaled six RBI and three home runs against defending National Champion Fresno State (4/18-4/19)...Finished his Tech career in second place in hit by pitch with 30.

2008: Recorded a season-high 10 putouts vs. McNeese State (2/22)...Went 3-for-4 with a run, two RBIs, one walk and two stolen bases in a 17-0 victory vs. McNeese State (2/24)...Had a four-game hitting streak (3/28-4/5), longest of career...Finished season on a high note by going 2-for-4 with three runs, an RBI, and a HR at New Mexico State (5/18)...Finished second on team in fielding percentage (.983)...Threw out 12 attempted base stealers.

2007: Named Academic All-WAC...Earned the starting job behind the plate and shined defensively...Started 44 games and appeared in 56...Hit two home runs in series at Fresno State...Threw out nearly half of attempted base stealers (17 of 33)...Had a .983 fielding percentage.

Junior College: Played one year at Paris Junior College under coach Deron Clark.

High School: Lettered four years at Liberty-Eylau High School for coach Rick Fowler...Helped lead the Leopards to a 2005 District 14-3A title...Named district MVP in 2005 as well as area offensive MVP and all-state team...Named first team all-district during junior season...Received District Newcomer of the Year sophomore season...Also lettered three years in football and two years in golf.
