2007-2008 (Cloud CC): Played two years at Cloud Community College in Concordia, Kan. under coach Greg Brummett.

High School: Played at Beatrice High School for coach Jeremy Morgan...Also played football as a linebacker...Played one year of summer ball for the Beatrice Bruins under coach Bob Steinkamp...During his career with the Bruins, his team won the M.I.N.K. League Championship and they placed third at the NBC Tournament.
