Began the season in the weekend rotation as the Sunday starter and started the first seven Sundays of the season before moving to the bullpen ... Had his longest outing of the season March 9 vs. Nebraska after pitching 5.2 innings ... Struck out a season-high seven batters March 3 at McNeese State ... Picked up his first win in a Tech uniform March 17 vs. Stephen F. Austin after shutting out the Lumberjacks and allowing just two hits in five full innings of work for a 12-2 victory.
