2014: Started 40 of the 46 games he appeared in as the Bulldogs' starting catcher ... Posted a .248 average at the plate with three doubles, a home run, 12 runs batted in, 13 walks and a .326 on base percentage ... He successfully stole three bases in six attempts ... Enjoyed an eight-game hitting streak from April 19 to May 4 ... Reached base in 10 consecutive games over the course of his senior season ... Was 1-for-3 at the plate with a walk and scored the game-winning run in Tech's win against UT Arlington (5/3)... Had a hit and scored two runs against Mississippi Valley State (5/11)... Singled in each game at Sacramento St. (5/21-22).
High School: Earned four letters as a prep standout at Jackson High School... Named Class 4A District 1 Player of the Year after hitting .461 with five home runs, 32 doubles, three triples and an .841 OBP as a senior... Cited with two all-Missouri honors from the Missouri State Coaches' Association and the Missouri Sports Writers' Association as a senior... Named to the 2010 Under Armour Preseason all-American Team...Named first team all-District and all-Conference as a junior and senior...
