2009: Named All-WAC Second Team...Started 50 games...Finished season with second-most hits (77), runs (58) and walks (23) on team...Tied for the third-best batting average (.372) on the squad...Had a 15-game hitting streak (2/28-3/27)...Totaled 25 multi-hit games...Reached base in all but three games...Recorded three or more RBI eight times...In the season opener against Grambling State, he totaled two hits, including a triple, and three RBI (2/20)...Went 6-for-13 against Eastern Michigan with a double, four RBI and a run scored (3/6-3/8)...Hit the game-winning sacrifice fly to hand UALR a 10-9 defeat in 11 innings (3/17)...Stole two bases against Houston Baptist (3/20)...Collected four hits, a double, three RBI and three runs scored in the first game of Tech's doubleheader against Nevada (4/4)...Totaled eight RBI and nine runs scored in the Fresno State series (4/18-4/19)...Added four more hits, four RBI and three runs scored to his totals in a 17-9 win over New Mexico State (5/15)...Went 2-for-4 with an RBI in the WAC Tournament opener against Hawaii (5/21).

2008: Appeared in 52 games, started 29 as an outfielder and appeared as a pinch hitter...Had six multi-hit games...Did not strike out a single time in a seven game span...Tied his career-high in hits per game when he went 3-for-5 with two runs and two RBI in a 9-6 win at #11 Baylor (3/4)...Recorded first stolen base of the season at UL-Monroe (2/27)...Had four assists from his left field position.

2007: Worked into the starting lineup late in the season...Batted .366 in 51 games and 30 starts for the Bulldogs...Had a career day against Sacramento State going 3-for-3 with two runs and an RBI (3/3)...Went 3-for-5 with two runs, three RBI and a home run at Fresno State (5/11)...Drove in five runs against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (2/13).

2006: Played in 34 games for the Bulldogs in his redshirt freshman season...Batted .273 in 33 at-bats and drove in 10 runs...Went 2-for-3 with three RBI against Grambling State on April 11.

2005: Redshirt season.

High School: Graduated from Neville High School in 2004...Played football and baseball for the Tigers...Helped lead Neville to three baseball district titles and a football district title in 2002...Hit .404 as a senior with two home runs and 30 stolen bases along with 18 doubles...Earned all-state honors as a senior and competed in the LHSCA All-Star game...In 2002, he was on a Monroe Dixie Majors All-Star team that won the world series and in 2004, they came in second place.

Personal: Son of Bob and Donna Thomas...Brother, Drew also plays baseball for Tech...Has two sisters, Anna Claire and Kathryn...Born July 15, 1985, in Monroe, La.
