2014: Started 42 of the 45 games he appeared in as the second baseman for LA Tech ... Broke the single-season school record for sacrifice bunts with 18 on the season (previous record was 16 set by Kevin Brasuell in 1980) ... Ranked ninth in the nation in sacrifice bunts (18) and third among all Division I players in sacrifice bunts per game (0.40) ... Led all Conference USA hitters in sacrifice bunts and bunts per game ... Hit .212 as a redshirt junior with two doubles, a home run, six walks and seven RBI ... Posted a .280 on base percentage and was hit by a pitch five times over the course of the season ... Hit his first career home run on April 13 versus FIU to help give the Bulldogs a 4-2 win over the Panthers ... Totaled five multiple-hit games this season, to go along with two multiple-RBI games ... Recently named to the Conference USA Commissioners' Honor Roll for the 2013-14 academic year.
2013: Saw action in 22 games while starting seven as an infielder for the Bulldogs ... Hit .241 with a double, four RBI and five runs scored in 29 at bats on the season ... Was a perfect 2-for-2 at the plate with a double and an RBI May 14 vs. Northwestern State to help lead Tech to a 7-2 victory over the Demons.

High School: Attended Ruston High School...Earned three letters in baseball...Played second base and shortstop...Was a first-team all-state selection in Class 4A as a senior...Hit .414 and posted 33 RBI...Collected eight doubles and accrued a .539 on-base percentage...Also named first team All-District 3-4A and recipient of the Bearcat Award...Was an All-District selection as a utility player in 2009 at the Class 5A level...Helped guide RHS to three consecutive playoff berths (2008, 2009, 2010).
