  • Taylor Burch hit his third home run of the season as the sophomore right fielder took a 0-0 pitch way past the left field fence.
  • Sam Alvis struck out all three batters the southpaw faced.
  • Kyle Arnsberg picked up at least three RBI for the first time since opening day when the catcher hit a grand slam in his first career at-bat as a Bulldog.
  • Bre’shon Kimbell tied a career high with three hits.
  • Ryan Gebhardt tied a career high with three runs scored.
  • Benn Fairbanks saw action for the first time since Feb. 28 vs. UAPB.
  • Stephen Gandy picked up his third multi-hit game of the season as the leadoff left fielder went 2-for-4 from the plate.
  • Tonight’s game marked the first time Trevor Petersen has made back-to-back relief appearances in his Tech career.
  • Williams and Ryan Gebhardt have started all 33 games while Gebhardt has played every inning of every game.
  • Williams has started 100 consecutive games dating back to last season.
  • Williams tied Adam Cobb for ninth all-time in Tech history with 199 games played in his Bulldog career.
