RUSTON - LA Tech Sports Properties begins its fifth year as part of the University's athletic family and is in charge of the LA Tech Sports Network which will cover 37 Bulldog baseball games this season. The majority of regular season, conference tournament and postseason contests will air live with a 10-minute pregame show and a postgame wrap-up.
During the 2013 baseball season, the Bulldogs contests will air live on ESPN 97.7 (Ruston) with Dave Nitz calling all the action from the diamond both at home and on the road. Also, every LA Tech baseball game this season, both home and away, will be broadcast on either LA Tech All-Access or the LA Tech Sports Network.
Nitz begins his 38th year as the Voice of the Bulldog baseball team and has broadcast more than 2,000 Louisiana Tech sporting events since joining the University in 1974. He was inducted into the Louisiana Tech Athletics Hall of Fame in October of 2011.
All Bulldog games can be accessed via the internet by logging onto www.latechsports.com and subscribing to LA Tech All-Access, a subscription-based web service that will provide the audio feed of every game (home and away) and the video feed of the home games.
