Baseball's Mid-week Game Against Centenary Postponed

RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech has postponed Wednesday’s game against Centenary due to rain in the north Louisiana area and will reschedule the game for a date later in the season.

The Bulldogs (10-10) defeated Nebraska, 6-5, in the series finale on Sunday after right fielder Taylor Burch hit the eventual game-winning home run in the top of the fifth inning.

Tech begins a three-game series with the Patriots of Dallas Baptist (13-6) on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Pat Patterson Park.

Games two and three are scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m., respectively.
