RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech basketball fans can get an inside look at both the Bulldogs and the Lady Techsters Thursday as Inside Tech Basketball airs at Counter Culture of Ruston from 6 to 7 p.m.
The one-hour radio show will feature a 30-minute segment on both the men and the women as head coaches Kerry Rupp and Teresa Weatherspoon will be live at the Counter Culture of Ruston for each show this year.
Rupp will join the longtime Voice of the Bulldogs Dave Nitz to discuss the Bulldogs 70-68 loss at New Mexico State. LA Tech is 19-5 and is in third place in the Western Athletic Conference standings. They will also preview this week's home game against Hawai'i on Saturday. The guest for the men's basketball segment will be newly hired Louisiana Tech head football coach Sonny Dykes.
Weatherspoon will join Malcolm Butler on Thursday to discuss the Lady Techsters who are 15-6 and in third place in the WAC. They coming off an impressive 74-54 win at Utah State. They will also preview the Lady Techsters upcoming home game against San Jose State on Saturday. The guest for women's basketball is Techster assistant coach Ebony Felder.
