2015 (Texas): Missed the season due to an injury and redshirted.

2014 (Texas): Saw action on defense and special teams in 10 games (not UCLA, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State) with one start (Iowa State) … recorded two tackles against Kansas … had two tackles and a QB pressure against Baylor … made a season-high four stops against Iowa State … had three stops and a quarterback pressure against West Virginia … missed the Oklahoma State game with a head injury.

2013 (Texas): Played as a linebacker and on special teams in all 13 games, including seven starts (Iowa State, Oklahoma, TCU, Kansas, West Virginia, Baylor, and Oregon) … fourth on the team in tackles (74), tied for third in pass breakups (5) and fourth in tackles for loss (10) … had 62 tackles over the last nine games (6.9 pg) … had six tackles, including one for a loss, and a career-high two pass breakups vs. New Mexico State … had two stops against BYU … registered three tackles, including one for a loss, and one QB pressure vs. Ole Miss … posted one for a loss and his first career fumble recovery against Kansas State … recorded a career-high 12 tackles, including one for a loss, vs. Iowa State … had seven stops, including two for a loss, against Oklahoma … posted three stops vs. TCU … had eight stops, including three solo tackles, and one pass breakup in the win against Kansas … shared the UT defensive player of the game award with Cedric Reed and Steve Edmond … also earned the UT Hard Hat Award for the best hit vs. KU … posted four tackles and one pass breakup in the OT win vs. West Virginia … registered nine tackles, including one for a loss, and one pass breakup against Oklahoma State … had eight tackles, including one for a loss, in the Thanksgiving win against Texas Tech … notched five tackles, including two for a loss, and one QB pressure vs. Baylor … registered six stops vs. Oregon in the Alamo Bowl.
