2012: Finished the year third on the team with 62 total tackles (36 solo, 26 assisted) with an interception returned for 30 yards, a fumble recovery, a forced fumble and six pass break-ups ... Opened the season with eight total tackles (four solo, four assisted) at Houston (9/8) ... Recorded two total tackles (one solo, one assisted) and was credited with a pass break-up against Rice (9/15) ... Matched a career-best nine total tackles (six solo, three assisted) while forcing and recovering his first career fumble in a 52-24 dismantling of Illinois (9/22) ... Registered five total tackles (three solo, two assisted) and had one of the team's three interceptions in a 44-38 win at Virginia (9/29) ... Recorded eight total tackles against UNLV (10/6) while also being credited with a pass break-up ... Credited with six solo tackles against No. 22 Texas A&M (10/13) ... Registered two solo tackles against Idaho (10/20) ... Credited with six total tackles at New Mexico State (10/27), making two solo stops and assisting on four tackles ... Registered five total tackles against UTSA (11/3) with one of his four assisted tackles recorded for a loss and registered two pass break-ups ... Credited with two solo tackles at Texas State (11/10) ... Registered four total tackles (three solo, one assisted) and credited with two pass break-ups against Utah State (11/17) ... Credited with five total tackles at San Jose State (11/24) with three solo stops and two assisted tackles.

2011: Finished the year with 34 total tackles (15 solo, 19 assisted), three pass break-ups and a team-leading four interceptions ... Assisted on a tackle at Southern Miss (9/3) ... Tallied a career-high three total tackles against Central Arkansas (9/10) with two solo tackles and one assisted stop ... Recorded a career-high six total tackles and notched his first career interception against Houston (9/17) and Heisman Trophy candidate Case Keenum ... Recorded a career-high nine total tackles at Mississippi State (9/24) and intercepted a pass for the second straight game while also recording a career-high two pass break-ups ... Registered five total tackles against Hawai'i (10/1) ... Registered one assisted tackle and recorded his third interception of the season at Idaho (10/8) ... Recorded three total tackles in a 27-7 win at Ole Miss (11/12) ... Recorded one pass break-up at Nevada (11/19), almost intercepting Cody Fajardo's pass on Nevada's second-to-last play of the game after Tech overcame a 17 point deficit in the final 13 minutes to claim a 24-20 win ... Tallied three total tackles in Tech's 44-0 win over New Mexico State (11/26), clinching the WAC title ... Recorded three total tackles (two solo, one assisted) and recorded an interception against No. 15 TCU (12/21) in the Poinsettia Bowl.

2010:Played in seven games, starting in one ... Did not record any tackles against Navy (9/18) ... Played receiver against Fresno State (11/6) for the second year in a row, but did not record any catches ... Caught one pass for three yards at New Mexico State (11/13).

2009: True freshman saw action in eight games... Recorded two assisted tackles at Utah State (10/24)... Notched an assisted tackle against San Jose State (12/5).

High School: Lettered six years for coach John Bachman Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport ... Helped lead the Eagles to three state titles and four district titles ... Four-time all-district and four-time all-city by the Shreveport Times ... Named all-state and third team all-American by USA Today as a senior ... Ranked as a three-star recruit by Rivals.com ... Caught 96 passes for 1,535 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior while also recording 68 tackles and three interceptions ... As a junior he caught 32 passes for 448 yards and three touchdowns ...
