Season Ticket Prices, Promotions Set for Louisiana Tech 2013 Football Season

RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech announced its season ticket prices and home game promotions Thursday for the upcoming 2013 football season.
The Bulldogs’ 2013 slate will mark the school’s first season in Conference USA as well as the first under head coach Skip Holtz.
Season ticket prices largely remain unchanged with packages as low as $90 for five home games. The team’s game against Army at Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas, Texas is NOT part of the 2013 season ticket plan.
Season reserved bench seats on the West Side of Joe Aillet Stadium will cost $160 with East Side General Admission set for $90. Faculty and Staff can get reserved bench seats for $130 and Young Alumni can take advantage of the discounted season ticket rate of $80 with a limit of two.
The LA Tech Kid’s Club is for any youngster in eighth grade or younger and continues to be the best deal in town. A LA Tech Kid’s Club membership ($40 per child) allows the member FREE admission to all regular season home sporting events, official LA Tech Kid’s Club merchandise, a membership card and special event invitations.
The LA Tech Ticket Office will be placing a brightly colored tag on 100 of the best West Side seats currently available for purchase for the 2013 season. Fans can easily pull the tag off the seat and take it to the Game Day Central table located by the north ramp on the West Concourse of Joe Aillet Stadium to purchase their season tickets.
The 2013 home schedule kicks off at Joe Aillet Stadium on Sept. 7 as Louisiana Tech hosts Lamar for Sportsman’s Paradise Day. The following Thursday Tech will host Tulane at Joe Aillet Stadium in a nationally broadcast game in what will be the Bulldogs’ annual RED OUT game as well as the annual Bulldogs Tackling Breast Cancer game. More events surrounding the Bulldogs Tackling Breast Cancer initiative will be announced later but the annual Wiggin’ Out Dinner has been set for Thursday, Oct. 10 at Squire Creek.
Louisiana Tech will be the home team when the Bulldogs host Army on Sept. 28 at the historic Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas for Military Appreciation Day. A ticket to the Tech-Army game will also grant admission to the State Fair of Texas which starts that weekend.
Tech’s 87th Homecoming Game will take place on Saturday, Oct. 19 as Louisiana Tech hosts North Texas at Joe Aillet Stadium. The Bulldogs are 63-21-2 all-time in Homecoming games and have won the last six Homecoming contests.
A Rivalry in Dixie gets renewed on Saturday, Nov. 9 when Louisiana Tech hosts Southern Miss in what will also be deemed a Weekend of Champions. The University will induct a new Hall of Fame Class that weekend while also honoring the 40th anniversary of Tech’s 1973 National Championship football team.
The Bulldogs’ home finale will be on Saturday, Nov. 23 against Tulsa for Faith & Family Day as well as Senior Day.
Every home game will also feature the Ruston Brick Kids Zone for members of the LA Tech Kids Club and will include a bounce house, ball toss, face painting and more.
More information about each home game promotion will be announced as the season approaches.
Family Packs are an extremely affordable option for families looking to enjoy excellent tailgating and exciting football. The package includes five season tickets in the Family Pack section (Sections B-BB) for only $350, a savings of $450!
LTAC members (29 and younger with a minimum $50 donation) are eligible for two discounted season tickets ($80 each) in Section OO as part of the Young Alumni package. This amazing deal also includes an exclusive Young Alumni parking pass while saving you over $350!
