LA Tech Travels to Take on UTEP Saturday in El Paso

Nov. 16, 2017

RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech will hit the road for the final time this season as the Bulldogs travel to El Paso, Texas, to take on UTEP in Conference USA action this Saturday, Nov. 18.

The game is set to kick off at 2 p.m. CT Saturday at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso. The game will be streamed on CUSA.TV for subscribers, while fans can also tune in to the radio broadcast on the LA Tech Sports Network on KXKZ-FM (107.5). Fans can also access audio from LA Tech's radio broadcast for free through the LA Tech Mobile X app or the Red Peach Media app.

"We have to focus on UTEP this week," head coach Skip Holtz said in his weekly press conference. "Everybody wants to talk about the big picture of two. We don't have that luxury. Right now, you cannot win them both if you don't win the first one. We cannot win two games this week, we can only win one. We have to put all our efforts, thoughts and everything we are trying to do to find a way to win the game against UTEP. I think this is a big week about us cleaning up and playing to the level that we want to play at more so than it is just trying to find a way to win. We have to get better and clean up a lot of things in our own house before we can get that done."
