Head Coach Jeff Parks

On the second round performance:

“They played consistent as a team with 77-77-77-79-79 so everybody was right there together. We still had some shots that we have to try to maintain in play and when you hit it in the rocks, that is tough. We are in the first two groups off the course and the scoring is going to be a lot higher today because of the windy conditions.”

On the windy conditions:

“It was tough. It was probably similar to last year where the wind really kicked up. It was blowing pretty good, probably 15-to-18 miles per hour which is a club or a club and a half difference in shots.”

On Victor Lange:

“He is still way in the hunt. He didn’t have his best performance and didn’t finish off the round like he wanted to. He three-putted 17 (four par) and didn’t get a lot out of his round today but is still in the top 10. He is definitely not out of it and can have a good round tomorrow and still win the event as an individual.”

On the goal for the final round:

“There probably is not much to be said at this point [to the team]. They know where they are, they know what is going on and they don’t want to finish at the bottom of this leaderboard. With the windy conditions – and tomorrow it will be pretty windy as well – we can climb pretty high and that is what we will expect to do.”
