RUSTON - Louisiana Tech head golf coach Jeff Parks will be holding two sessions of the 2010 GolfDawg Camp in the month of July at Squire Creek Golf Course.
Parks, who led the Bulldog golf team to its best finish ever in Western Athletic Conference play during his first season as head coach, will hold a camp July 11-13 for boys and girls ages 13 to 18 and a session July 19-20 for boys and girls ages 6 to 12.
The session for July 11-13 costs $600 and is limited to the first 16 paid entries while the session for July 19-20 costs $300 and is limited to the first 30 paid entries.
Parks will provide hands on-instruction with the golfers using the training and practice facilities at Squire Creek Golf Course, which has twice been ranked as the No. 1 golf course in the state of Louisiana. Instruction will be conducted using state-of-the-art equipment, such as AMM3D motion analysis, TRACKMAN ball flight analysis, VI Video systems and SAM putting lab.
Golfers are asked to bring golf bag with clubs, golf balls, golf shirt with collar, and sunscreen. No blue jeans or blue jean shorts are allowed at the facility.
Lunch will be provided each day at Squire Creek.
