WACO, Texas -- Louisiana Tech's cross country squad will take six Bulldogs Saturday, Nov. 15, to the NCAA Regionals in Waco, Texas, on the campus of Baylor University at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course.

Seniors Zac Schuler, Kinsey Dinnel and Nate Davis along with sophomore David Monroe and freshmen Jack Ramstad and Josh Slocum will all make the trip to compete in the South Central Region.

"It's certainly an honor that these guys deserve," Tech head coach Gary Stanley said. "I'm looking forward to watching these seniors run their final cross country of their careers."

Two weeks ago, the Bulldogs finished fifth overall at the 2008 WAC Championships in Las Cruces, N.M. Dinnel and Schuler both took home All-WAC honors, first and second team, respectively.

Saturday's course will stretch for 10 kilometers, and the men's race will begin at 10:45 a.m.
