Louisiana Tech head coach Tyler Summitt announced that Eric Burton will join the program as the director of operations and video coordinator the Lady Techster basketball program.

His responsibilities at Marquette included overseeing game-day and road trip operations, film break down, supervision of other managers and other day-to-day activities associated with practice and workouts. Burton was the recipient of the Ignatius Merit and Service Scholarship and the Business Administration Scholars Fund Scholarship during his four years at Marquette.
In his new position, Burton will be in charge of video break down and exchange, team travel and logistics, game scheduling and other day-to-day responsibilities as assigned by the head coach.
