University's student-athletes continue to shine in the classroom
Lady Techsters finish season 33-47
All four wins came against nationally-ranked teams
Twenty-team field includes 16 of the top 20 teams in the nation
Finished tournament with a 2-11 record, highlighted by win over top-ranked Valpo
2010-11: Led all Lady Techsters with a 188.7 average pinfall in her 24 games on the season... Totaled a combined 4,528 pinfall at the end of the 2010-11 campaign... Bowled a career-high 233 at the Lady Tiger Classic (11/13)... Bowled above 200 in seven games during the season... Named Lady Tiger Classic MVP and all-Tiger Classic (11/14).
2009-10: Began the season with three consecutive 200-plus performances at the Bossier Shootout (10/17)... Bowled a 210, 205 and 224, respectively, to lead Tech to a 3-1 record in day two of the tournament... Averaged a 199.8 pinfall at the Bossier Shootout... Bowled a 203 in the opening match of day two at the Ozark Invitational vs. Central Missouri (10/24)... Followed that match up with a pinfall of 209 to upset Vanderbilt 1018-1001.
2008-09: Finished her freshman season with a 176 average pinfall in 41 games, second-highest average on team... Played in the most games among all Lady Techsters... Bowled a career-high 220 against Grambling State (1/31)... Finished off the year strong by recording her highest tournament average, a 191 in four games, of the season at the Tech Invitational in Ruston (1/31).
Prep Career: Lettered four years in bowling for coach Jonie Larson at McKinney High School... A part of the only co-ed team in the state... Team advanced to state tournament in 2006, 2007 and 2008... Received Newcomer of the Year as a freshman and named first team all four years... Also lettered three years in track, 2004-2007, and two years in cross country, 2004-2006, for coach Clay Davis... Member of the National Honor Society.
The Granger File: Her favorite food is chocolate chip cookies... Her favorite TV show is the "Price Is Right"... Her personal goals for the season are to increase her bowling rank... The best advice that she has ever been given was: You can't change the past, just roll with it.
