RUSTON, La. - The Louisiana Tech women's bowling team are set to begin the annual Columbia 300 Music City Classic at the Smyrna Bowling Center in Smyrna, Tenn. in what will be the season finale for the Techsters' 2013 season.
This weekend will mark the second tournament in the month of March the Techsters have competed in and will bring an end to the season, which began in October.
The tournament, which is hosted by Vanderbilt, will run from Friday through Sunday as head coach Jerry Miles and his Techsters will participate in the tournament along with 28 fellow Division I bowling teams.
The Classic will begin with six, four-game Baker matches and continue with team games and best-of-seven Baker matches on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Fans can follow all of the action of the tournament as Bowl.com will be on hand to stream matches live throughout the weekend.
