LA Tech softball posted a 3-2 record over the three day tournament in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

2017: Named to the C-USA All-Tournament Team … Named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Started all 62 games in the outfield … Batted .300 with 54 hits in 180 at bats … Recorded two doubles and three triples … Scored 47 runs and recorded 7 RBI … Was 23-of-25 in stolen bases … Ranked No. 2 on team with 14 multi-hit games … Named to the C-USA all-tournament team after going 8-for-14 with three walks in C-USA Tournament … Drove in the GW run in top of 7th in 4-2 win over C-USA regular season champ and NCAA participant Marshall in tournament … Recorded career-high 4 hits and 4 runs in win over UAB … Led team in OF assists with 4 … Ended career ranked No. 9 in career batting average and No. 8 in runs scored …

2016: Named to the Conference USA Commissioners Honor Roll … Appeared in 52 games, making 42 starts, mostly in right field … In 111 at bats, the junior batted .288, scoring 27 runs for the Lady Techsters … Drove in a career-high two runs in a game against Grambling State … Scored multiple runs in five separate games this season, including on the road against #4 LSU … Scored three runs in a win over Tennessee Tech at the LSU Invitational … Recorded four multi-hit games this season … Stole two bases in a win over Houston Baptist … During the four-game LSU Invitational, Charters reached base in seven out of ten plate appearances.

Recorded a pair of doubles ... Scored 12 runs and registered 4 RBI ... Was 6-of-9 in stolen bases ... Her first career hit was a double and came against UT-Martin in the season opener ... Was 3-for-3 in a win over Alcorn State ... Had two-hit performances against C-USA foes UTEP and Southern Miss ... Recorded a two-run double in the season finale against Marshall ...

International Experience: Earned a spot on the Canadian Junior Women's National Softball Team and competed in the 2013 ISF X Junior Women's World Championship in Brampton, Ontario in July of 2013 ...
