RUSTON -- The Louisiana Tech softball team will travel to Shreveport for the second consecutive week as the Lady Techsters will be competing in Centenary's annual fall tournament.

Tech has three games set for Saturday, including games against LSU-Alexandria at 1:30 p.m., Bossier Parish CC at 3:30 p.m. and Centenary at 7:30 p.m. Tech handed Centenary its only loss of the fall with a 4-2 win last weekend.

The defending Western Athletic Conference Tournament champion Lady Techsters won two out of three games last weekend in the Bossier Parish Community College fall tournament.

In those three games, the Tech pitching staff allowed only one earned run in 21.0 innings of work while striking out 19 batters and walking only four.

Offensively, Tech has been led the fall by senior Emma Barnes (.444, 3 XBH, 4 runs, 2 RBI) and junior Kylie Bassett (.333, 3 RBI).
