The contest began with the Lady Techsters grabbing the all-important doubles point against UALR (9-5).

The No. 2 duo of Melanie Urvoy and Taly Merker made quick work of their match, winning 8-2 over Dane Vorster and Kamilla Galieva.

The clincher came from the No. 1 spot where Vivian ten Dolle and Manoela Chiacchio picked up their fourth win of the season with an 8-5 victory over Yana Kakovkina and Viktoriya Plyuta.
