Louisiana Tech Falls to Utah State in Straight Sets

RUSTON - Louisiana Tech (9-18; 0-10 WAC) fell to the Utah State Aggies (11-13; 6-5 WAC), in three sets (25-15, 25-17, 25-22) in Smith Spectrum Saturday evening.
Leading the Lady Techsters with 21 assists was Bianca Bin. Tonight's game marked the third straight game that Bin registered 20 or more assists in a game. Marcella Braz led with 10 kills and three blocks. Junior Stephany Salas recorded a game high 16 digs.
Leading the Aggies with 27 assists was Paige Neves. Liz McArthur recorded a game high 11 kills. Ashlan Rogers led Utah State with 10 digs. The Aggies registered 16 blocks against Tech. Louisiana Tech returns home for "Dig Pink Night" on Nov. 3.
